Return Policy

At Twirls and Twigs, we are sure that you will be more than satisfied with your order, and back our products with the utmost confidence.

In the event that you would like to return a product purchased at twirlsandtwigs.com, we will be more than happy to give a full refund (minus all shipping and handling costs, if applicable) for products returned (and actually received by Twirls and Twigs) within 15 days of the original order date. Products returned (and actually received by Twirls and Twigs) between 15 and 30 days of the original order date are eligible for a store credit equal to the amount returned.

Only unworn and unwashed items with all tags attached are eligible for a return or exchange. All items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for a return or exchanges.

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses when returning or exchanging products. To Return an Item(s):

1. Email hillary@twirlsandtwigs.com with the words "Return/Exchange" as the subject. Be sure to include your name, order number, and reasons for return/exchange.
2. Make a copy of your original invoice, and circle the items you would like to Return or Exchange (and if applicable, including new sizes/colors desired). Please include the reason why you are returning the items as well, and place in the box with all items to be returned/exchanged.
3. Ship all packages to:

NOTE: All returns that do not adhere to the policies above, are returned without contacting Twirls and Twigs first, or are received by Twirls and Twigs after the designated return or exchange time periods will be either shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense, or become the property of Twirls and Twigs, depending on the discretion of Twirls and Twigs.

Twirls and Twigs is not responsible for lost and or stolen items in transit. This policy is made expressly subject to the Terms of Use of the TwirlsandTwigs.com website and your use of the website is expressly conditioned upon your approval of those Terms of Use.
