If your purchase isn't quite the perfect fit, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, simply email us at shawna@twirlsandtwigs.com.

If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label. Please don't send items back before contacting us first—we're unable to accept returns that arrive without prior approval.

Received something that isn't quite right?

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, let us know right away at shawna@twirlsandtwigs.com. We'll make it right as quickly as we can.

A few things that can't be returned

Because of the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Food, plants, or other perishable products
• Beauty and personal care items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale or clearance merchandise
• Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out—we're always happy to help.

Need a different item?

The quickest way to get exactly what you're looking for is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you'd like.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and send you an email letting you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at shawna@twirlsandtwigs.com and we'll be happy to look into it.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase included.
